Our pouch operators set up and operate our pouch making machines that convert our laminated films into pouches to exceed our customer expectations. £25,500 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience + pension + 22 days holiday + shift enhancements. Location Brackley, UK 40 hours per week, Shift System Monday to Friday, Currently seeking a pouch operator to work our 6am - 2pm. You may be required to cover our 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am shifts. Our core values are; Provide exceptional customer service Help our customers grow Support the communities and local businesses we serve Develop sustainable solutions Find out more about us at /manage/videos/714506378 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure personal compliance with all company Quality System, Operational, and Human Resource policies, procedures, and practices, including Safety and housekeeping procedures. Reads job specifications and previous run data (if available) to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Ensures job is in order prior to machine set-up. Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated Keep work area clean. Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction. Makes corrections to alleviate out of specification product. Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation. Performs required quality testing on products produced, i. e. burst test, drop test, water table test, etc. Performs minor machine maintenance such as changing zipper cloth,.
