About the role Do you feel at home spearheading the delivery of digital products and services that are utilised by members of the public and Public Sector organisations? If you picture yourself taking the lead and delivering multiple work streams aiming to digitise new and existing products for Public Sector clients, then you could be Olive Jar's Senior Agile Delivery Manager. You will also be key in developing our Delivery & Product Communities of Practice and Ways of Working, whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders within DBT, NHS and other Public Sector clients. Responsibilities You’ll be comfortable working in agile environments, facilitating the delivery of projects, throughout the full product lifecycle. Requiring you to run standups, retros, planning sprints whislt also, helping teams understand the role of discovery, prototyping and testing in good iterative design You’ll ensure teams have the right blend of skills to deliver outcomes alinged to Statements of Work, on time whilst communicating progress and risks to internal & external stakeholders You’ll need to foster relationships with clients & stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful handover of products & services You’ll support OJ internally to build out our delivery manager capability You’ll partner with our Public Sector team to build a narrative & case studies to support future bids About you You’ll have demonstrable Delivery Management experience within the consultancy and Public Sector space, leading multidisciplinary project and product teams across the entirety of the project lifecycle (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live) You can display knowledge of GDS Standards and backssments, being able to navigate and champion accessibility within product development You’ll be capable of managing multiple work streams with the ability to context switch between various projects & responsibilities whilst partnering with stakeholders at all levels to generate.
