Corporate Executive Chef - Entertainment Group Location: Dallas, TX Salary: 120,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 401k + More About our client: Do you want to join a fun and energetic team My client is one of the leaders in the entertainment and dining facilities in the US They are looking for a culinary professional to join their team and infuse it with their creativity, passion, and ambition Responsibilities of the Corporate Executive Chef: Oversee culinary operations including food safety regulations, staff management, inventory management and cost controls Develop menus and ensure efficient preparation, plating, and service of food while upholding brand standards Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of back of house operations Support the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen team members Ensure team member comply with company required standards in areas including restaurant operations, guest relations, labour costs, food costs, sanitation, and preparation Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to develop strategies and maximise profit Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role Experience in the entertainment industry and with new openings is an asset Multi-unit experience Strong business and financial acumen Confident, calm, approachable and professional individual with exceptional communication and time management skills A self-motivated, natural leader who can support and inspire team members Interested If you’re interested in this Corporate Executive Chef opportunity, please send your resume to Dylan today Note that candidates must have the right to live and work in the USA to be considered.
