Reporting to the CEO, the Director, Finance Transformation will primarily oversee and be accountable for the Agency’s financial systems and property management transformation. Success will be measured by designing, communicating and implementing proper project plans, including governance, ensuring interdependencies are managed, communicating status and progress to project stakeholders, and implementing a holistic, agency-wide approach to change management. The Director will contribute to Dixon Hall’s audit and risk management processes related to the transformation projects. In this one-year contract position, the Director, Finance Transformation will; be responsible for the related needs analysis, system selection, implementation and maintenance of new financial systems (ERP, residential property management and others); The Director will periodically liaise with the Board and participate in Board meetings; work with the Chair of the Finance Audit and Risk Committee and other Board committees as required on responsibilities related to Finance Transformation.
