This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in composites, construction, carpentry/joinery, mechanical, marine industry, general maintenance, or similar roles. Composites Technician – Permanent - South Oxfordshire Our client, a prestigious and well-respected Marine Company in South Oxfordshire, is seeking Composites Technicians to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in composites, construction, carpentry/joinery, mechanical, marine industry, general maintenance, or similar roles. Key Requirements: Physical fitness and accustomed to manual work. General appreciation and understanding of conventional workshop power and hand tools preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills with a " can-do" attitude, demonstrating the ability to work to high standards and take pride in their work. Capable of working independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines in a time-conscious manner. Strong timekeeping and attendance record. Understanding the importance of Health and Safety protocols, with the ability to follow instructions. Working Conditions: Competitive salary with regular overtime opportunities time and a third Mon – Fri, time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays.
