We are currently looking for an experienced Family Therapist, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Charlwood, which is easily accessible via public transport. About the role: As a Family Therapist, you will promote the health and independence of young people aged 12-18 who use our services by delivering high-quality systemic backssments, formulation, interventions, consultation and providing supervision and guidance to the multi-disciplinary team. Whats in it for you as a Family Therapist: - The equivalent of 33 days annual leave pro-rata plus your birthday off - Free meals and parking - Wellbeing support and activities - Career development and training - Pension contribution - Life Assurance - Enhanced Maternity Package Your main responsibilities as a Family Therapist: - To provide a comprehensive, specialist family therapy service to young people, their families and support networks. - Contribute to the development of understanding around systemic practice within the clinical setting, linking with MDT colleagues to promote joint working and collaboration. - To provide specialist mental health and psychological backssment and therapy as appropriate to professional training as well as offering advice and consultation on young persons care to other members of the core team. - Support and provide clinical supervision to other members of the team where appropriate, including in the event of a serious or significant incident. - To offer training to staff and other professional colleagues around therapeutic skills, young adult mental health and related issues.
