Job Title: Head Chef – Asian/Indonesian cuisine Location: Italy, Rome Salary: € competitive €A new hotel is opening in Rome and we are looking for a chef with previous experience in Asian/Indonesian cuisine These are very exciting times since this hotel group has been expanding very quickly throughout Europe and have plans to continue growing in the years to come About the position: Controlling and directing the food preparation process Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines Being responsible for health and safety Being responsible for food hygiene practices This is you: Must have previous experience as a head Chef in a luxury, boutique hotel New restaurant opening background necessary Creativity and menu development Strong organizational skills Business acumen with experience in food cost control and Expert in training, coaching and developing teams at all levels High standards for food quality and the guest experience Must speak Italian Job Title: Head Chef – Asian/Indonesian cuisine Location: Italy, Rome Salary: € competitive € If you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your cv to maria@Get social……http: ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
