Our talented and collaborative Forestry and Environmental department is seeking a Project Manager, Forestry located in Edmonton, AB to join our growing team. The primary purpose of this role is for client service while maintaining and improving the work environment within the Geo Verra Team. This position has significant impact with external clients and internal team members, and therefore needs to be connected and live out the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values through actions and results. What you will do: Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables, schedules and budget objectives are met. Maintain active and professional communication with external clients, internal stakeholders and staff. Assist on a range of planning & operations-oriented projects in the office and field. Manage project financial requirements including timely and accurate invoicing. Improve profitability of projects through coordination, schedule, and scope management. Conduct field safety audits as part of our safety program commitments. Quality control, provide technical feedback, review of client deliverables. Technical writing & editing, regulatory applications, and report preparation. GIS data creation, attributing, analysis, and mapping. Other responsibilities as assigned.
