INTERNSHIP in Americas, Rolling Stock & Components, Suppy Chain The mandate will offer the incumbent an e xperience in rail industry Supply Chain at regional level through 3 phases, participating successively to the development, deployment, and direct operational support. At the end of the mandate, the incumbent will understand the operational levers of improvement, short, medium, and long term. Mandate: SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STANDARDS Participate to the finalization of the SC KPI dashboard tool setup. The tool has been designed to offer a full comprehensive view on any site/project Supply Chain to top managers. The aim is to provide levers for short to long term improvement and trigger the focus of top management. The internship mission will consist in providing critical review of the tool and then drive its deployment with the team in charge. The tool includes several critical dimensions of Supply Chain Improvement: supplier checklist for ramp-ups, critical supplier management for stabilization and a unique view on delivery center performance. DEPLOY ALSTOM STANDARDS IN AME Phase 2 of the internship will focus on standard application of standards within the region. The backbone being Alstom’s lean program, APSYS, the intern will focus on key items integration at site level: Delivery center improvement with cash focus. NCR cell management with Key progress indicators monitoring at site level. APSYS score improvement, at site Supply Chain level. This phase may also include direct action on cash challenge,.
