Job Summary How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for overseeing production, leading a team, and maintaining facility operations within the unit. As a Production Supervisor, you will: Supervise all H&S Meetings and co-ordinate Risk backssment completion Motivate and develop the Team Leaders by setting individual and departmental objectives to encourage the achievement of goals Identify skills gaps and initiate recruitment and training as appropriate Decide the daily departmental production plan with the Team Leaders & Planning department to achieve agreed service levels and outbound vehicle times Communicate, cross functionally, to resolve.
