The Role: As a Teaching Partner, you will be offering one to one social, emotional, and mental health support to a Key Stage 2 student who has undergone trauma, requiring assistance both within and outside the classroom. Requirements: Previously worked as a Teaching Partner or in a similar role. Previous experience working with young people in both 1:1 and group setting. Strong knowledgeable about behaviours, trauma, and mental health issues. Understanding of the needs of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities SEND.
