Due to internal progression, we are looking for a Trainee Technician customer focused to join this family owned business and brand. The role assists the Engineering Department where you will be diagnosing if there is an issue with a customer returned part and what the issue is, then report back to the customer. Key role details for the Trainee Technician Customer facing - ability to send emails and communicate to customers on the phone Hands on Ability to add data into excel – but does not need to have an in depth understanding High attention to detail Ability and want to learn new things Ability to write in sentences in a constructive way Ability to stand all day – but in a warm, dry environment with music Ideal person for this role: Customer facing role experience working in a retail environment, customer service or office Interested in mechanics What’s in it for you as the Trainee Technician Training and the opportunity to grow your role and responsibilities as you learn, you will progress your knowledge.
