Responsibilities Investigates reported process breakdowns and works collaboratively to analyze processes and procedures, perform gap analysis and determine root cause. Researches, observes and identifies opportunities for process improvement. Works with managers and users to document and design consistent, effective, and efficient process flow charts and maps. Analyses and investigates system maintenance problems with existing operations systems and makes recommendations or takes action to resolve problems. Verifies changes/additions and maintains control of system business parameter tables. Manages the priority of corrective and adaptive system maintenance modifications for non-SAP applications and assists in the prioritization of corrective and adaptive system maintenance for SAP. Documents system changes, prepares test scripts and conducts user acceptance testing of all changes. Maintains records of test results for verification. Provides direction to outsourced system maintenance providers programming corrective and adaptive system changes. Researches system enhancement requirements based on business needs. Works collaboratively with Managers and users to create consistent, effective, and efficient processes and makes recommendation to resolve process breakdowns. Manages small assignments.
