Included within these responsibilities are all central SAP systems, such as Financial Services, Human Resources, Research Administration and Procurement; the central U of T Student System (ROSI); O365 Digital workplace; approximately 40 related vendor and specialized web applications; and central Business Intelligence. Your opportunity: Reporting to the Manager, User Experience & Process Design, or their designate, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering transformational technology solutions to the University. In this role, you will be responsible forsupporting and providing assistance to the User Experience & Process Design team in designing the User Experience (UX) and business processes for University technology systems that allow the institution to efficiently support business needs. You will support the establishment of current and future business requirements by assisting in gathering information from various business units related to processes. You will help to link these business processes to technical specifications by drafting basic processmaps using the prevailing user experience methods. Your responsibilities will include: Applying established standards to a range of similar situations Providing detailed explanations on guidelines and expectations to staff Providing detailed information on processes, policies, and procedures Creating and maintaining procedures.
