This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated professional to take on a pivotal role developing our Allied Health Profession AHP desk within our Health care division. The Allied Health Profession AHP desk will involve both business development and expansion on our existing client relationships and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for medium/long-term career progression. We will guaranteed a salary to match or exceed your current salary/commission, to provide full piece of mind whilst you settle into your new team. Responsibilities: Cultivate and expand client relationships within the Allied Health Profession AHP sector, identifying new business opportunities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring a high level of service. Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably specialising in Allied Health Professions or a specialist health care sector. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding recruitment KPIs. Strong business development and client management skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
