Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Commercial Procurement Specialist, you will: Take professional ownership of complex and high-risk commercial undertakings. Design and implement intricate commercial strategies for programs of work. Provide authoritative advice to the CNPA Accounting Officer, CNPA Board, and CNC Executive on complex strategic and operational commercial matters. Lead in defining procurement strategies, conducting supply market analysis, and engaging with external stakeholders. Make professional recommendations to Portfolio, Commercial & Legal teams, balancing risk and project needs. Oversee and manage supplier relationships and contract management, ensuring compliance with government policies. Play a key role in training and developing CNC Procurement Specialists, including the management of a team of seven experienced, MCIPS qualified professionals. Qualifications: Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply MCIPS Professional Qualification & IACCM or equivalent professional qualifications.
