You will be responsible for hunting new business by cold calling, emailing and in person introductions. Your focus will be building new relationships, following up on leads and continuous networking. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for building budgets and proposal writing. This includes communicating with multiple internal teams to ensure our proposals are tailored to our clients Duties and Responsibilities: Hunt new business via phone, email and in person visits Follow-up on current leads as needed to build relationships and generate new business inquiries Conduct market research to understand industry trends and opportunities. Attend networking events and industry tradeshows Conduct presentations with prospective clients Work with our proposal team in the creation and delivery of our RFP (Request for Proposal) responses Set strategic objectives and develop sales solutions with the support of the Manager of Business Development Provide a “client first” level of customer service in order to contribute to customer retention and market expansion.
