Integra Education are currently looking for SEN teaching assistant working on 1:1 basis with a child who is getting educated at home. The role will be remote so it will be working on systems like teams and zoom. Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans- Provide support and guidance to the student with special needs- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student- Collaborate with the lead teacher to backss student progress and provide feedback to parent- Assist with daily routines and transitioninteractionperience: - Previous experience working with children, particularly secondary students, is preferred- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies is a plus- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children Integra People is committed to safeguarding children and young people.
