HR Advisor Permanent Sheffield : Onsite position A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 35,000 DOE Working Hours: Monday : Friday 8.30am :4.30pm, 3.30pm finish on a friday Our industry leading manufacturing client is currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an established human resourcing team providing advice and guidance to all employees from a generalist aspect covering all perspectives of HR. Main Responsibilities of the HR Advisor Provide guidance and support in relation to all people: related issues including including absence management, employee health and wellbeing, management investigations, discipline and grievance process. To be involved with recruitment, selection, onboarding, liaison with HR admin and payroll teams to ensure correct records and monthly payments Provide advice and support to employees, managers and union representatives on the application of company employment policies and procedures Support training and other learning activities onsite to raise employee and line manager capability Oversee mandatory annual and periodic HR and other training requirement Experience and Skills required CIPD Level 5 qualified Ideally have come from a manufacturing (or similar) industry background 2+ years HR advisory experience, with employee relations and resourcing exposure a must, involvement in L and D activities an advantage Proficient in the use of HR systems Benefits of the Role: Competitive compensation programme Career growth opportunities in a truly international environment Innovation leaders in the industry The company offers continuous training programmes for all seniority levels Attractive wellbeing, mental health, women and inclusion and ID and E programmes Closing date is 10.02.2024 please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on.
