We are currently looking for an experienced Carehome Manager in Learning Disabilities & Autism, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Sunbury on Thames, which is easily accessible via public transport. About the role: As a Carehome Manager, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the experienced and established teams inlcuding other external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers. Whats in it for you as a Carehome Manager: - Annual salary of £36,000 - £38,000 DOE Plus Bonus Scheme & Benefits - 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional day off for birthday - Free meals while on duty - Wellbeing support and activities - Career development and training - Pension contribution - Life Assurance Your main responsibilities as a Carehome Manager: - Adhere to the CQC standards and regulations - Ensure both quality and financial targets are met, and facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of clients, and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice - Contribute to the strategic development of the care home, ensuring adherence to Elysiums objectives and business plan - Promote and enhance the Care Home's reputation for high-quality outcomes for clients - Understand and respond to the specific needs of individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder - Participate in contract reviews and represent the organisation in respect.
