Throughout the 12: week program, you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry, receive on: the: job training, participating in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and other networking and social events How You'll Help Us Connect the World As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing Wi: Fi specific features as part of Networking, Intelligent Cellular and Security group and will work closely with other Hardware and Software Engineers to develop software designs including the architecture, functional specifications, and implementation. This role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA. You Will Make an Impact By stylemargin: bottom:11.0px: Creating software design from prototype to production: Integrating new and existing features of the product: Interfacing with the support team to triage and fix customer issues Required Qualifications for Consideration stylemargin: bottom:11.0px: Actively pursuing a bachelor's (upcoming sophomores, juniors and seniors) or master's degree in the Computer Science from an accredited university: Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0: Excellent C/C++ and Python programming skills: Coursework on wireless data communications: Good understanding of IP protocols like TCP, UDP, DHCP and DNS: Experienced in Socket level programming. Experience with developing applications on Linux. Experience with writing tests for features being developed. High level of analytical and troubleshooting ability.
