Company:Established in 1986, our high-tech and high-touch offerings include innovative medical management systems, face to face community care coordination services, utilization review, clinical data integration and business intelligence analytical reporting --- all focusing on increased quality outcomes and optimization of provider and payer networks. --Our company serves a variety of entities across the US, including federal, state and commercial clients.--Summary:Organization is seeking a psychiatrist to function as--Clinical Director of Behavioral Analysis. --This is not a clinical role, functions as--Senior Physician Executive--responsible for clinical activities of the company. Provides clinical leadership to the strategic, operational, and quality issues of any of companies Utilization Management contract. Responsible for contract---s clinical policies and decisions. --Seeks strategic opportunities and relationships in fulfillment of company solutions--- mission. Ensures that all functions of the medical department are carried out in a manner that meets the needs of organization. Maintains second level review panel at level and specificity to support contract needs. Serves a key leadership role in directing and communicating companies mission and vision to both internal and external audiences. ----Benefits:Compensation: --225K - 250KBonus: --Annual merit based reviewBenefits: --5K for CME, health (vision/dental), malpractice, PTO, PLI and vacationHours: --8 hour days, flexible, works from office 3 days a week and 2 days from homePediatric experience is a necessity for consideration--Requirements & Qualifications:-- Education/Certification:--Must be a graduate of an approved School of Medicine with an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida.--Board certified in a specialty recognized by American Board of Medical Specialties, in Psychiatry. Experience:Minimum five years clinical experience post residency. --Three years--utilization experience. Experience in a Quality Improvement environment preferred. Training in public health and/or epidemiology preferred.--Medicaid experience.--Experience in a HIPAA compliant environment. Must have never been sanctioned in conjunction with activities of CMS, and never had a disciplinary action by a provider or any professional licensing board. Main practice with Adolescents and young adults under age 21.
