Senior Town Planner London HR 11406 Our client, a respected multi: disciplinary consultancy is urgently looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their central London based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale residential, commercial, regeneration and infrastructure schemes. Qualifications: In is anticipated that the successful candidate will be a Chartered Planner with the RTPI (or working towards this) and have demonstrable experience within the UK planning market, either within a consultancy or local authority environment. Duties: Preparing, co: ordinating and submitting complex planning applications and promoting development proposals through the local plan and other statutory procedures Working to grow the workload of the team Leading a variety of large scale projects, Laising with clients Managing multi: disciplinary projects Mentoring junior members of the team In return the company are offering a full benefits package, hybrid working, competitive starting salary and a genuine career progression path.
