Position: Vacation Researcher (Remote, Full-Time, Entry Level) Are you an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a Vacation Researcher to join our dynamic travel team. In this remote, full-time, entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in building itineraries, crafting compelling emails, conducting hotel rate checks, coordinating concierge services, liaising with suppliers, and cultivating relationships within our trusted network of suppliers and clientele. Successful candidates for the Vacation Researcher role should possess a genuine passion for travel and a strong desire to inspire others to fulfill their travel dreams. Responsibilities: Assist in composing emails to clients. Conduct research on destinations, culinary offerings, and activity recommendations. Correspond with suppliers to coordinate curated travel arrangements. Maintain and update client travel documents and invoices. Facilitate comprehensive travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation, utilizing preferred vendors to minimize expenses. Actively participate as a team member, providing support in various functions related to servicing the travel needs of the staff, such as ticket/itinerary processing, clerical tasks, and managing travel credits. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications: Essential travel experience and industry knowledge. Genuine passion for travel. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in an autonomous, remote work environment. Goal-oriented with the ability to set and achieve timelines effectively. Proficiency in multiple languages will be highly regarded. Requirements: Dedicated home work environment, including a computer, cell phone, high-speed internet, and minimal distractions.
