Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Design Team Manager (Graphic/Web) to lead our creative design team and report to our Marketing Manager. As the Design Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction, design processes, and project execution of the team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the alignment of design strategies with marketing objectives and delivering impactful visual solutions. You will help unify our branding across all our divisions and brands, help manage our priorities, set up best practices and processes for your team.
