This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter, who thrives in ambiguity, and brings insights and recommendations to the campus teams. Project management skills are essential and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams. As a Campus Recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing a targeted national campus strategy. This will include identifying and building relationships with early year talent through a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs, fostering relationships with key campus contacts, and being a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will be responsible for executing high volume recruitment cycles, in partnership with the internal client groups for various intern and new graduate level positions, targeting undergraduate and graduate level students. About the team The Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition team collaborates with internal clients and across the Talent organize to provide strategic insight and develop a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and other programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
