Made Possible.Press Operator2nd ShiftJob Duties/ Responsibilities: * Responsible for set-up and maintenance of the press * Examine job order to determine quantity, stock specifications, color, and special printing instructions * Examine printed copy to complete all necessary quality checks * Ability to adjust feeder and delivery * Remove and replace worn rollers and adjust pressure between rollers as needed * Ensure quality and production standards are met * Lead, give direction to, and help train press crew * Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure accuracy of data that's entered in SAP * Ensure information is communicated between shiftsJob Requirements/ Qualifications: * MUST be current Press Operator or Press Assistant OR have previous printing experience * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions * Strong computer skills * Ability to accurately distinguish color variation * Ability to direct and mentor a team * Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required * Solid verbal and communication skills * Frequent lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending and turning Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
