We are looking to recruit a Periodic Deep Cleaner to cover a portfolio of residential sites periodically around South/South East London for one of our newest Social Housing partners. Deep Cleaning experience is essential, and you will need a Full UK Driving Licence (Company Vehicle is provided) Deep Cleaner - Core Responsibilities: Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops. Hovering of carpeted areas. Experience of using electrically powered scrubbing/polishing , carpet cleaning, Jet washing Window cleaning machines. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points. Competently mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use. Replenish consumable items e. g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks Clean communal kitchen areas. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
