Senior Electronic Technician Location: Havant, Hampshire, PO9 1JB. Salary: £30K - £36K per annum. About Us. Navitron Systems Ltd is an independent British marine electronics company specializing in the design and manufacture of Class Approved main steering control systems and a comprehensive range of MED Type Approved Autopilot systems and associated equipment for all types of commercial vessels. Navitron is MED Module D and ISO 9001:2015 quality certified. The Role: The company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Test Technician with a proven track record in electronic test disciplines, the ability to adhere to deadlines and who enjoys the challenges of varied work activities in a busy manufacturing environment. As a Senior Test Technician, your role would embody: • All aspects of product test and calibration. • Fault finding to component level. • backssment and rectification of Incoming customer repairs. • Test equipment repair/build. • Product quality monitoring. Ideal candidates will possess: -• A minimum of 5 years experience in a related field. • An understanding of mechanical processes. • Effective communication skills. • The ability to work as part of a team and/or on their own initiative. Start Date: Immediate Duration: Permanent Working time: 40 hours per week. Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday hour lunch. Further employment package considerations include free private medical insurance, pension and life assurance plus 30 days annual paid leave including public holidays.
