Forklift Engineer Franchised Dealer North West We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift Engineer to join a successful franchised dealership who is looking to expand their overgrowing field service engineer team. The Workshop Engineer role comes with a competitive basic salary of up to £36,000 Overtime: Available at Higher Rates Rota: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Company pension Van and fuel card provided. 21 days holiday & bank holidays Extensive manufacturer training provided. Overtime is paid at time and a half Forklift Engineer responsibilities - Working on a variaty of plant equipment - Working on gas, diesel and electric Forklifts - Carry out routine maintenance & examinations - Carry out after service repairs. - Continued product training. - Liaising with the service office and customers - Parts ordering - Complete admin electronically. Minimum Requirements for Forklift Engineer - A professionally recognised qualification in Heavy vehicle / Plant Maintenance and repair NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent - Ability to service, maintain and repair a wide range of heavy plant machines. - Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems. - Good communication skills - Competent in completing paperwork / Computer literate. - Full UK driving license.
