Seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a practice in northern New Mexico.--The position is full time (2.5 clinic days, 2 OR days)--Hospital/Emergency call occurs 1:4; practice call is 1:2.--The candidate would join an established practice to take over for a retiring surgeon with the option for partnership after 1-2 years and local surgery center shares.-- Financial Package--- Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experienceoOne year salary guarantee with 3 year contract--- Relocation--- $70,000 Sign On--- Malpractice Paid----- Professional Funds Allowance i.e. Licensure Reimbursement, CME, Professional Dues, Books/Periodicals, etc.--- Comprehensive BenefitsoHealth, Dental, VisionoDisability and Basic/Accidental/Supplemental LifeoProfit sharing/401k 194-bed, acute care hospital with a Level III Trauma Center that serves the area of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Utah.
