WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS: As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and managing facilities-related activities to create an efficient and productive work environment. This is a pivot role in the team and will have exposure to all departments of the organization. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Reception and Front Desk Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to, reception, mail distribution, and office supply management Greet, sign in and announce visitors Prepare courier packages, enter into online account for pick-up, code waybills Manage boardroom bookings for employees Troubleshoot copier issues;.
