The position The Head of Stores is a director-level position responsible for leading the retail store teams and leaders, and is accountable for the performance of the entire retail operation. Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Head of Stores partners with the cross-functional leadership team and supports the executive leadership team, focused on developing and leading strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives. The Head of Stores is passionate, enthusiastic about building relationships, and is committed to nurturing the customer and employee experience. The Head of Stores works in a hybrid capacity (from the Workshop in Canmore, Alberta), and regularly conducts store visits across the country.
