Home Group are on a journey of change and therefore we need a Service Charge Manager (what we call a Leasehold Manager internally! ), who knows service charge systems and processes inside out, who can drive change and deliver operational excellence to our Leasehold customers and colleagues. You? ll be supporting 9,000 leasehold customers nationally covering varying tenures and will lead and develop our leasehold co-ordinators to effectively advise and collaborate with colleagues across the business. Typical day as a Service Charge Manager You? ll be accountable for a specialist leasehold support service with operational service delivery to both customers and colleagues. You? ll have significant experience of managing service charge processes as well as experience of implementing a service charge system, whether that be Open Housing, Qube, MRI or similar. You? ll lead and motivate a team of Leasehold Coordinators and specialist roles, supporting 9,000 leasehold customers nationally. Your key focus will be the creation and delivery of an effective leasehold offer ensuring quality service delivery and customer journey. You? ll effectively manage the budget and operational expenditure, as well as manage service charge budgets. You? ll work collaboratively across the business to ensure adherence to leasehold regulations and policy, monitoring and reporting on compliance. You will be our key lead who ensures Home Group? s strong reputation as a well-regarded provider of Home Ownership products.
