Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry – Monday to Friday This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an integral culinary team in one of the finest private members clubs in London The clubs ethos is very much about offering an attentive, friendly, home from home service. The club has multiple F&B outlets, including a contemporary restaurant Three AA level, a lounge bar/restaurant, a cellar and several conference and banqueting facilities. To top it off, the benefits here are somewhat unique to the London scene offering a true work life balance – working Monday to Friday and less than 40 hours per week Chef de Partie Pastry Benefits: £17 per hour Contracted to 37.5 hours per week. Overtime paid per hour. Shift patterns include either – 8am until 4pm – 10am until 6pm or 2pm until 10pm. NO SPLIT SHIFTSMonday to Friday Infrequent Saturday or Sunday work available at time and half - £25.50 per hour Exclusive Members Club Running the restaurants pastry section under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef – previous experience required. Meals and uniform are provided whilst on duty. Refined menu and style of cooking – produce led. Chef de Partie Pastry Requirements: An experienced Chef de Partie Pastry with a stable employment background. Experience working as a Chef de Partie Pastry for at least three years.
