The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in negotiating and drafting design and construction agreements, with a preference for familiarity with industry-standard construction and design forms. The candidate should also have experience in real estate development, large industrial capital projects, and/or construction claims resolution. Duties:Negotiate and draft design and construction agreements.Provide legal counsel on real estate development, large industrial capital projects, and construction claims resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction law.Establish and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with peers and contribute to the overall success of the Construction group. Requirements:2-6 years of experience in the negotiation and drafting of design and construction agreements.Familiarity with industry-standard construction and design forms preferred.Experience in real estate development, large industrial capital projects, and/or construction claims resolution is a plus.Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.Excellent writing and research skills.Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality legal services.Ability to establish and maintain strong client and peer relationships. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the state of Ohio. Skills:Proficient in legal research and analysis.Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Adherence to ethical and professional standards in legal practice.
