Sobeys Trenton Airport is searching for a part-time problem solver with a mechanical background that lives within 10-15 minutes of the airport. The Aviation Maintenance Clerk role is accountable for the Sobeys Aviation Department Safety Management System. In this role the successful candidate will own the operation of complex ground maintenance equipment to ensure airport service levels meet expectations for day-to-day operations. NOTE: This is a part-time role. Hours will vary from season to season, with summer months having the highest volume of working hours. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Facilitate the landing and departure of aircraft and towing of aircraft • Operate the aircraft fuel equipment for the purpose of refueling aircraft • Collect payments for aircraft fuel purchased • Collect payments for landing fees • Assist with aircraft de-icing operations • Perform grounds maintenance duties including mowing and.
