The life of a SARCAN Large Depot Supervisor Each and every SARCAN team member is an important part of our team and our community. As a Large Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Supervising all depot staff, including coaching, scheduling, communications, performance evaluations and management, safety, maintenance, and documentation of personnel files, training, and more. Assisting in the recruitment process and recommending candidates for hire. Ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed for depot operations Ensuring and/or providing good customer relations Completing all depot forms, reports, and accounting accurately Performing all tasks within the depot, from counting containers for deposit refund and operating the Point of Sale system or tills to preparing containers for shipping Providing external communications Attending training and workshops as required.
