Looking for a key player in our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of living conditions, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving damp and mould issues within our properties, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of our innovative damp and mould service, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues. Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and support to customers, enhancing their understanding and trust. Conduct thorough investigations, inspections, and various surveys to support business operations and decision-making. Execute proactive and preventative visits to mitigate future risks, maintaining detailed records and reports. Manage on-site contractors to ensure quality remedial work on assets, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Collaborate across service areas to deliver a comprehensive and integrated approach to customer support. Requirements: Proven experience in damp and mould surveying within a housing or similar environment. Strong understanding of building construction, ventilation, and heating systems related to damp and mould issues.
