Interior and exterior patrols Respond to emergency situations Access control, security escorts, alarm response to calls for service Emergency assistance, first aid or any other intervention Detect, challenge and relocate unwanted persons Ensure no missed service hours Deal with day to day operations of the contract reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor Dealing with public and trespassers Qualifications to become a Security Supervisor in St Catharines Must have 1 year of Security Supervisor experience Full " G" Ontario driver's license Very strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Prior customer service experience is a major asset. Ability to deal with public and de-escalate situation Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Valid security guard license and first aid card Have a clean criminal record Be eligible to work in Canada.
