$34 - $38 / hrShift 3:30pm - 12am (5 days/wk)Job training and orientation will be day shift (8am-4:30pm estimated time frame April - May 2022)ESSENTIAL DUTIES:--Provide direction for maintenance of conveyance and sortation systemTroubleshoot conveyance system controls issuesInterviewing, training, and monitoring the employees through appraising performance and rewarding employeesAddressing complaints and resolving problems.--Assisting in the performance review process.----Aiding supervisor in the assignments of daily work orders and P.M. schedulesInterpreting company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.--Initiating or suggesting plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.--QUALIFICATIONS:--High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
