KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Quality leadership in supporting cross-functional teams, projects and associated company initiatives. Manage Mevotech’s Returns business stream operationally, from planning labor resources to executing end state disposition; back to stock or quality holds/quarantin In conjunction with Operations, develop and oversee operating budget/headcount for Quality and Returns team and ensures financial objectives are consistently achieved Ensure KPI’s & SLA’s are maintained for Quality Inspection and Returns Processing Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with business objectives and corporate strategy. Responsible for all aspects of quality and returns inspection including establishing metrics, trend reporting. applying industry best practices and developing new tools and processes as business evolves. Collaborate closely with Engineering to understand product requirements, prioritize inspection efforts, and ensure effective communication throughout the Quality process. Act as.
