Location: Canadian Coast Guard, James Bay Reports to: Client Service Manager Shifts: Monday - Friday 07:15-15:15 but will be required to be available after regular working hours to provide advice and direction Wage: $22.49/hr plus RRSP Job Responsibilities Exercise overall responsibility for fire and security patrols of CCG Provide superior customer service to clients and guards on site Perform reception duties for CCG including: receiving and assisting all visitors; responding to the CCG information line listed in the Victoria directory; redirecting incoming telephone calls and answering general enquiries. maintaining and distributing CCG telephone directories; issuing permanent parking passes; Updating vessel situation report and emergency contact list. Control all documentation relating to personnel identification cards Oversee management of CCG Base vehicle pool Participate in or pass on CCG Base Safety Committee information Maintain CCG Base key system Manage the CCG Base telephone system Liaise with CCG.
