Position Scope The Operations Trainer is an experienced and passionate Operations professional who will be responsible to establish and maintain a high standard of competency within the organization, primarily focusing on Operations. Through collaboration with Carbon Engineering Leadership, HSE, Operations and Maintenance disciplines you will develop and administer an effective and sustainable training program, as well as backss effectiveness and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
