Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, setting up event spaces, reading diagrams, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down glass and other surfaces. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Compile and analyze event reports to backss various aspects of the event. Review the setup diagram in detail with the staff. Assign specific duties and responsibilities to the setup team. Provide assistance and guidance to set up staff during the event setup to ensure efficiency and adherence to plans. Conduct inspections and ensure setups are completed as per standards and specifications Cleaning and maintaining common rooms Setting up tables and chairs for events Read and understand set-up diagrams for events Sweep and mop floors Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements Proficient with Excel Able to use simple hand tools Able to assemble and disassemble commercial.
