Seventh Heaven Event Catering is seeking to hire result-motivated SALES LEADERS. We are offering an above-industry competitive wage for our Catering Sales Associate position along with an excellent benefits package. We want to meet you if you are looking for a fulfilling job with a bustling catering business! As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for creating unique, memorable and lavish events while reaching your sales targets and goals by directing, selling, up-selling and actively participating in the planning and producing of catered functions. Your role will include key responsibilities such as. Generate leads and new business with new or existing clients. Achieve targets and maximum productivity to hit sales goals. Be actively involved in the Sales & Marketing plan. Menu planning including working with our Executive Chef for custom menus. Generating rental lists, beverage lists, staffing, etc. Respond to inbound requests. Attend industry events. Be involved with community events. What we need from you. Minimum of 3 years experience in the same capacity within a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-volume catering company. Proven success in B2B sales, generating leads and closing sales You should have effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Computer literate (Mac applications/apple environment, Microsoft Office Suite & Caterease) Attention to detail. Great personality and enjoys working with people Have a passion for food and the event industry Wedding Planning is a strong asset A proven track record of working in a team and independently. What we are offering you. Full-time Catering Sales Associate position. On target salary of $85,000.00 per year (compensation is well above the industry average and in a blend of base salary, commission and bonuses) A comprehensive benefits package.
