Our clients range from high-tech start-ups to not-for-profits, to owner-operated businesses. We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Cloud Accounting practice. Reporting to the Practice Lead, in this role you will be focused on enabling our clients to digitize their finance operations through the adoption of a range of web-based accounting systems and tools. In addition, as an expert accountant, you’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring their ledgers are organized, up to date, and properly integrated into our technology stack. You’ll function as a trainer, trusted advisor, and in-house bookkeeping expert to our clients, using cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional service. This is a remote, full-time position. Our Ideal Candidate. A super tech savvy accountant who can take complete ownership of the full accounting cycle for a range of clients, and communicate and collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and executives. You’re a go-getter who thrives in finding solutions to challenges, especially in unconventional situations. You’re technically strong in QBO, Dext and Plooto, and you have exposure to a variety of other accounting systems such as payroll, inventory management, CRM etc. Above all, you share our passion for bringing value to clients, enabling leadership teams to make better business decisions by combining, integrating, and implementing modern cloud technology designed around their business.
