POSITION DESCRIPTION ROLE: SENIOR DESIGNER - SHOPPER TEAM: SHOPPER/OMNI LOCATION: TORONTO (HYBRID) OVERVIEW SALT XC is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Designer to join a team focused on creating breakthrough retail communication. This role gives you a chance to join one of the fastest growing agencies in North America: Salt Experiential Commerce. Salt is an agency being built from the ground up to deliver the kind of marketing, media, and content solutions that blur the lines of online and offline to earn attention and drive action. In its first year, Salt has earned a seat at the table with some of the world’s greatest brands by combining Creative, Strategy, Media, Content Production and Experiential Marketing into an integrated agency without the silos and rules that prevent great ideas and solutions from coming to life. This role is an opportunity to produce break through retail communication within our new Shopper Marketing division. THE OPPORTUNITY As the team’s Senior Designer, you’re helping turn ideas into a polished product that looks and feels at home in traditional brick and mortar retail as well as online. You work alongside a team of talented designers to make a finished product that’s worthy of our brands, and makes people stop and pay attention. You’re passionate about design, and you sweat the small stuff. You work well with a range of creatives and know how to contribute to a variety of ways, from ideating alongside the creative team to helping prepare campaign assets for major Shopper marketing programs or packaging roll outs. RESPONSIBILITIES DESIGN: You have a terrific design eye and competency with a strong understanding of big brand requirements and caliber of work. IDEATION: You can participate in brainstorming with positive energy and bring your unique visual perspective.
