Our technology has improved patient service and diagnosis by enhancing interactions between physicians and patients. Job Overview: As a Business Intelligence Analyst at the ELNA Medical Group, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines from various Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) to a central data lake. You will also create interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize clinic and company performance and ensure that data related to physicians, customers, patients, employees, and other entities is accurate and accessible. Key Responsibilities: Data Management and Maintenance: Outline the various sources of data and work to create standard/reference sources. Manage databases and data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and security. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures. Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in BI technologies. Data Collection: Gather and organize data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Clean, validate, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Design, create and update unattended processes crucial to reports. Develop and maintain small to medium-sized applications or scripts to automate routine tasks.
