Customer Service Executive - North London The Role: A super opportunity to join a growing family business with a great atmosphere and local support, helping both local and international customers. As a Customer Service Executive you will support the sales team in its day-to-day functions, liaising with customers by phone and by email to process orders, respond to queries and ensuring follow-up actions are in place, ensuring delivery dates are communicated and processing the relevant administration. Main Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Responding to customer queries and ensuring follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner Ensuring customer issues are handled with the utmost professionalism and care Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and effectively communicate with the Sales Team in both the UK and overseas offices Process sales orders at a fast and accurate pace Issuing and following up RMAs on a daily basis and in a timely manner, ensuring fast liaison with the warehouse Liaise with courier companies to resolve delivery issues and raise relevant claim forms if necessary Create and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes Helping salespeople with quotes and presentations if required Maintain and keep up to date with product knowledge Requirements A confident, outgoing and pleasant attitude, and a great telephone manner. At least 1 year experience in a customer service or customer facing role Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Outlook Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written in English) with a customer-centric mind-set A positive, customer service driven attitude and friendly customer orientated approach Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively Good attention to detail and problem solving ability Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Must live within an easy commuting distance to NW10 We are also open.
